Dingley Village residents will be kept informed by the Project Team about the proposal for the redevelopment of the old golf course site on Centre Dandenong Road, and the planning process.
Last month, the Planning Minister, Hon Richard Wynne, referred the Team’s planning scheme amendment proposal and planning permit application to the state government’s golf course redevelopment standing advisory committee.
The official project website will post details as they become public to ensure Dingley Village residents have informed and accurate information and facts about the proposal.
The website already has information and updates about regular maintenance including tree management and new plantings on the site. There is also a link with answers to a number of commonly asked questions from the public.
Once the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning announces an exhibition of the Planning Scheme Amendment and Planning Permit Application C199, details will be posted.
