The Standing Advisory Committee (Advisory Committee) held a second Directions on Friday 15 October 2021. The purpose of the second Directions Hearing was to discuss Kingston City Council’s request for an adjournment.
Following the consideration of Council’s request for an adjournment, the Advisory Committee determined that the Hearing will now be split into two tranches, the first will commence on Monday 15 November to 1 December 2021 and the second from 20 December to 24 December 2021. AustralianSuper supports the second adjournment requested by Council.
As a consequence, the timings provided for the Advisory Committee’s Directions issued on 14 September 2021 will also be amended. Full details of the date changes will shortly be available on the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (DELWP) website Golf Course Advisory Committee
During the course of the Directions Hearing on 15 October, the Advisory Committee took the time to address all the issues raised in the open letter (dated 27 September 2021) to the Premier to the satisfaction of all concerned.
